CLOSING DATES
Applications for entry into Grade 8 – 2014 have closed.
Please contact the Admissions Secretary (Mrs Heather Huntly on 033 846 2519) regarding applications for entry into other grades (Grades RRR – 12).
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
- Application Form
- A non-refundable application fee of R600
- The applicant’s birth certificate
- A passport photograph
- Latest school report (end of Grade 6 report if applying for Grade 8)
- Copies of both parents’ ID
- Sport / Cultural Scholarship Form (Applicable for Grade 8 applications only)
Once all neccessary documentation has been received, the Admission Secretary (Mrs Heather Huntly) will contact all applicants to set up an interview with the Principal
Acceptance to Epworth is subject to: An academic clearance / assessment (entrance exam for Grade 8), financial clearance, available space and an interview with the relevant Principal.
APPLICATION FEE
A non-refundable registration fee of R600 is payable on return of the Application for Admission form. This fee covers all administrative costs involved with the application, including credit clearance.
ACCEPTANCE FEE
A non-refundable acceptance fee is payable immediately a pupil accepts the offer of a place in the School, together with the official School Contract.

An additional R500 is payable by all pupils entering the High School in respect of membership to the Epworthian Society.
BURSARIES
Limited bursaries are available annually for existing parents requiring financial assistance with their fees. Applications for renewal are required each year and awards are made strictly on a needs basis. All bursary applications are highly confidential and application forms can be obtained from the Financial Manager.
